Fun until you level to 18

Im not a huge fan of PvP in games like this, so I was happy to be playing a game where I had the option of PvP, but it wasnt mandatory. Then I reached level 18 (which didnt take long by the way). At that point, if youre wishing to avoid PVP, the game comes to abrupt halt. I was really enjoying it up until that point. I even spent real money on opening up Scarecrow. That was my first and only in app purchase Ive ever made and Ive had an iPhone since the beginning. I was gonna throw down some cash for Bane, too, but not if the game keeps up like this. Even selecting "Get new mission" (if it actually works) only gets you a PvE mission every sixth try, or so. I was playing 10 to 12 missions a day (which isnt much). Now Im down to maybe 4, if the game allows it. And, I used to be able to pull up a mission at my convenience. Now Im lucky to get 1 mission to play in the time that Im free. I want to continue to play this game the way that I’ve enjoyed it, but I don’t see that happening if this issue is not dealt with.
