Broken matchmaker

Game is ok, but the matchmaker is broken.

High level gangs are allowed to raid all your resources making advancement near impossible at times. Whats worse is the Devs dont seem too concerned about it. Working as intended according to them, meaning spend gems ($$$) to progress!
